FAG MB52 Lockwasher, Metric, 260mm ID, 342mm OD, 3mm Thick

FAG MB52 Lockwasher, Metric, 260mm ID, 342mm OD, 3mm Thick

Product Description

This FAG MB series steel metric measurement lock washer with interior and exterior tabs is suitable for use in locating a bearing on a shaft or adapter sleeve. This lock washer conforms to Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN) 5406 standard for main dimensions. The washer has an interior tab that locks into the shaft keyway and exterior tabs that lock the nut (sold separately) in position when one of the washer tabs is bent over into one of the slots around the circumference of the nut.

Plain bearings provide low-friction sliding contact for relative motion between parts of a machine. They are the simplest type of bearing, with no rolling elements, and there are three basic types of plain bearings: radial plain bearings (also called sleeve bearings or bushings) to support rotating or reciprocating shafts, thrust bearings (also called washers) to support axial loads on shafts, and linear bearings to support and guide the motion of parts in a straight line. Flanged sleeve bearings have a flange on one end to support axial loads. Spherical plain bearings are radial bearings that allow for angular misalignment of the shaft. Plain bearings are made from durable, low-friction materials such as sintered or cast bronze alloys, plastic, or a combination of a metal shell and a plastic bearing surface. They can be lubricated externally or by a lubricant embedded in the bearing material. Plain bearings are used in automobiles, construction and mining equipment, textile manufacturing equipment, and robotics, among others.

FAG manufactures a variety of bearings that meet International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN) standards for quality assurance. The company, founded in 1883, is based in Schweinfurt, Germany.

FAG 32210A Tapered Roller Bearing Cone and Cup Set, Standard Tolerance, Metric, 50 mm ID, 90mm OD, 24.75mm Width, 7500rpm Maximum Rotational Speed

FAG 32210A Tapered Roller Bearing Cone and Cup Set, Standard Tolerance, Metric, 50 mm ID, 90mm OD, 24.75mm Width, 7500rpm Maximum Rotational Speed

Product Description

This FAG single cone and cup set with a sheet steel cage is a complete single tapered roller bearing suitable for applications that support high radial and axial loads in one direction. Complete single tapered roller bearing assemblies are generally mounted in opposing pairs on a shaft to evenly distribute loads. This bearing remains stable under temperatures ranging from -30 to 120 degrees C (-22 to 250 degrees F). The sheet steel cage prevents the rollers from coming into contact with each other during use, reducing friction, vibration, and noise. As part of a separable tapered roller bearing unit, this single cone and cup set has an open design that allows for lubrication and accurate adjustments. It meets the requirements for main dimensions as defined in Standard 355 of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Standard 720 of the Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN). This tapered roller bearing is for use in high-load, moderate-speed applications that include automotive axle systems and conveyor systems in heavy duty industries such as mining, construction and agriculture, among others.

Rolling bearings use rolling elements to maintain the separation between moving parts to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads. These elements can be one of the following types: ball, cylindrical, spherical, barrel, needle, spindle, or tapered. All rolling bearings are open, shielded, or sealed. Sealed bearings are lubricated with oil or grease in the bearing factory, while open and shielded bearings are meant to be lubricated in place, with periodic reapplication of lubrication, based on use. The shield protects the working parts of the bearing from environmental debris that may be introduced and could reduce the ball bearing speed and lifespan. Rolling bearings are used in a range of applications from agricultural machinery to conveying equipment, robotics, dental equipment, elevators, rolling mills, ship rudder shafts, and aggregate crushers, among others.

FAG manufactures a variety of bearings that meet International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN) standards for quality assurance. Founded in 1883, FAG is based in Schweinfurt, Germany.

FAG NJ2307E-TVP2-C3 Cylindrical Roller Bearing, Single Row, Straight Bore, Removable Inner Ring, Flanged, High Capacity, Polyamide/Nylon Cage, C3 Clearance, Metric, 35mm ID, 80mm OD, 31mm Width

FAG NJ2307E-TVP2-C3 Cylindrical Roller Bearing, Single Row, Straight Bore, Removable Inner Ring, Flanged, High Capacity, Polyamide/Nylon Cage, C3 Clearance, Metric, 35mm ID, 80mm OD, 31mm Width

Product Description

This FAG single row cylindrical roller bearing with a glass fiber reinforced polyamide cage and removable inner ring is suitable for applications that support high radial loads. It has a C3 radial internal clearance designation to indicate that the radial slack between the inner and outer rings is greater than CN (normal) and the press fit inner and outer rings can withstand a large temperature differential. This clearance allows for thermal expansion as the bearing supports radial loads and its cylindrical rollers reduce rotational friction. This cylindrical roller bearing can support heavier loads than bearings with comparable-sized ball bearings because the cylindrical shape of the rollers provides more surface area for distributing the load, and it also has a larger roller set than the standard roller design. This cylindrical roller bearing can be used to a maximum operating temperature of 120 degrees C/248 degrees F. The inner and outer rings and cylindrical rollers are made of a low-alloy, through-hardened chromium steel for durability, heat tolerance, and resistance to deformity under heavy loads. The bearing is semi-locating, with two ribs on the interior circumference of the outer ring and one rib on the exterior circumference of the inner ring, for supporting axial forces in one direction. The glass fiber reinforced polyamide (PA66) cage prevents the rollers from coming into contact with each other during use to reduce friction, vibrations, and noise, and it weighs less and is quieter than cages made of brass. A removable inner ring in the open bearing allows for lubrication. This cylindrical bearing is for use in a broad range of applications where high radial loads are present, such as in conveyer belts, traction motors, railway car axle boxes, and oilfield mud pumps, among others.
